Chelsea Frank
Licensed Professional Counselor Candidate
I work with adults and couples, including queer and diverse relationship dynamics, who are ready to move beyond survival mode without rushing, forcing, or bypassing their truth. I aim to create a space that feels affirming, grounded, and real, where all parts of you are welcome. Many of the people I work with are sensitive and tend to carry a lot, yet feel overwhelmed, overextended, or disconnected from themselves and are willing to stay curious about what might be possible in a different kind of relationship, including therapy.
My work is trauma-informed and relational, with a focus on attachment and the nervous system. I specialize in working with PTSD, C-PTSD, and relational trauma, supporting clients who learned to stay small, stay useful, or stay hyper-aware in order to feel safe or connected. While these patterns once made sense, they can become exhausting over time.
I integrate somatic, mindfulness-based, and transpersonal approaches to support clients in moving beyond insight and into more embodied, lasting change. Together, we slow things down, build awareness, and create space for your nervous system to settle and for your sense of self to come back online.
This work is deeply meaningful to me. I’ve done my own deep personal work and am committed to only guiding clients where I’ve also been willing to go myself. I bring a steady capacity to hold nuance and complexity, offering grounded care and presence to those who are working hard to grow and heal.
This work is often a good fit for people who are looking for depth without pressure, vulnerability without judgment, and real transformation without abandoning themselves. I believe therapy should feel both supportive and human, with room for humor, lightness, and the full complexity of who you are.
