When you step into his therapy room, you can expect openness, empathy, and friendliness, along with a therapist who brings his genuine self into each session. His therapeutic approach is integrative, drawing from modalities such as Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Brainspotting (BSP), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), CBT, Solutions Focused Therapy (SFT), and Play Therapy, and he often incorporates elements of Mindfulness into his work with clients.
Chase has completed specific trainings in Brainspotting (Phases 1 and 2, and is working toward certification) and Emotionally Focused Therapy. In 2025, he participated in Level 1 training for the Psychobiological Approach to Couples Therapy (PACT). Outside the office, Chase enjoys quality time with his wife and their golden retriever. You might also find him reading, exercising, or roasting coffee beans in the Colorado sun.
