Interns

At Parent-Child Interaction Center, we have partnered with several local universities to provide learning opportunities to future therapists. Please inquire at admin@p-cic.com if you have an interest of pursuing an internship with our practice.

Interns can provide therapy for reduced or no cost to you.

Chase Graboyes-Reed

Chase is a Master’s level intern at the PCIC and intends on becoming a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in Colorado after finishing graduate school in 2025. Chase earned his undergraduate degree in Psychology from the University of Oregon in 2017 and obtained his massage therapy license in 2019. It was through these experiences that he discovered how impactful authentic human connection and candid conversation can be in our lives, which fueled his determination to further his education.

Chase is open to working with individuals, couples, and families of all backgrounds and relationship styles. His therapeutic approach is holistic and integrative, drawing from various therapeutic modalities and encouraging complementary practices that nourish the body, mind, and spirit. Chase strives to embody the qualities of non-judgement, empathy, openness, and friendliness and believes in bringing his genuine self to his therapy practice. With a direct yet compassionate approach to therapy, Chase aims to foster an environment in which the therapeutic relationship can grow and be used to empower clients to envision and create the changes they seek in their lives.

Outside the office, Chase enjoys quality time with his life partner and their golden retriever. You might also find him reading, exercising, or roasting coffee beans in thewonderful Colorado sun.
